Made with fresh, tree ripened cherries from Biddie’s Orchard in Hermosa CO, this cider is rich with dark ripe fruit. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a distinct creamy vanilla note that coats and lingers on the palate. This cider has deep roots like the historic orchards from which it was harvested. It captures the essence of fruit in its season and carries the drinker back to that time and place. This cider was fermented with “whole cluster” cherries that were stomped traditionally by foot before blending. The Fenceline team recommends saving this cider for your 2021 Thanksgiving celebration.
